After creating your account, you can send an invitation to your partner via text message, email, or by sharing a unique code. Once they accept the invitation and create their account, you'll be automatically connected. For security reasons, a loqd account can only be connected to one partner at a time.
Yes! All your loqd data is securely stored in the cloud. Simply download the app on your new device, sign in with your account credentials, and all your data (messages, memories, tasks, etc.) will be automatically restored. Your partner connection will remain intact as well.
We take security and privacy very seriously. All messages are secured with end-to-end encryption, meaning only you and your partner can read them. We use industry-standard encryption for all other data. Your personal information is never sold to third parties, and you can enable biometric authentication (fingerprint/face recognition) for additional security.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or through the app store where you made the purchase (Google Play Store or Apple App Store). If you cancel, you'll still have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. We don't offer refunds for partial subscription periods.
If you decide to disconnect from your partner in the app, you both retain access to your own data and shared content you've created together. You can choose to delete your account entirely, which will permanently remove all your personal data from our servers. We've designed the disconnection process to be respectful and give both partners control over their own data.
Yes, you can use loqd on multiple devices simultaneously. Simply download the app and sign in with your account credentials on each device. Changes made on one device will sync across all your devices in real-time, keeping your relationship data consistent no matter where you access the app.

If you've recently changed your email address, you may need to update it in your account settings before sending an invitation.
If the app is crashing, freezing, or running slowly:
Make sure your device meets the minimum requirements: iOS 13+ for Apple devices or Android 8.0+ for Android devices.
If you're experiencing problems with your subscription:
Family Sharing on iOS: If you're part of a Family Sharing group, only the family organizer can manage the subscription.
If you're not receiving notifications from loqd:
Some Android manufacturers have additional battery-saving features that can restrict background activities. Check your device's specific settings.
