đ Connection Issues
- Verify both you and your partner have the latest version of the app installed
- Ensure both accounts are using valid email addresses
- Check that the invitation link or code hasn't expired (valid for 48 hours)
- Make sure your partner has not previously connected with another account
- Try sending a new invitation if the previous one has expired
If you've recently changed your email address, you may need to update it in your account settings before sending an invitation.
đĨ App Crashes or Performance Issues
- Close the app completely and restart it
- Update to the latest version of the app
- Restart your device
- Check your internet connection
- Clear the app cache (Settings > Apps > loqd > Storage > Clear Cache)
- If problems persist, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app (your data is safely stored in the cloud)
Minimum requirements: iOS 13+ for Apple devices or Android 8.0+ for Android devices.
đŗ Subscription & Billing
- Verify your subscription status in the app (Profile > Subscription)
- Check that your payment method is valid and up to date
- For Apple devices, check your Apple ID subscription status
- For Android devices, check your Google Play Store subscription status
- If charged but missing premium features, try restoring your purchase (Profile > Subscription > Restore Purchase)
Family Sharing on iOS: Only the family organizer can manage the subscription.

- Check that notifications are enabled for loqd in your device settings
- Verify that Do Not Disturb mode is turned off
- Make sure Background App Refresh is enabled for loqd (iOS)
- Check that battery optimization isn't restricting the app (Android)
- In the app, go to Settings > Notifications and ensure all are turned on
